1:1 Counselling

At this time I only work with folks who attend my group therapy first.

We can create a treatment plan with a set number of sessions.

60-minute session = $140.00

We will check in for 10 minutes to review what we discussed in the last session, or to discuss a new topic. This leads us to begin healing old wounds using trauma-informed techniques, or to practice a new skill.

Group Therapy WAITLIST only at the moment

Learn how ADHD affects executive functioning skills while also meeting a community of others seeking the same supports. I use a blend of Cognitive Behaviourial Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy and Mindfulness to build awareness of behavioural patterns and responses. I also use a little Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to coach you towards goals that are realistic for you. And a ton of self-compassion to help heal that nasty Shame that is at the root of years of untreated ADHD.

Group Therapy for Executive Functioning: Eight two-hour sessions, $800.00. Group maximum of five participants. Early sign-up only $600. Contact me for details.
